The Company provides hardware to design, build and operate various indoor growing settings, including greenhouse and indoor growing spaces. Through its two wholly owned subsidiaries, Visiontech Group Inc. (Visiontech) and Hydroman, Inc. (Hydroman), the Company provides grow lights, as well as grow media products to indoor growers in North America. Visiontech has a brand, namely eFinity, and provides grow lights, grow media, fixtures and other related equipment. Hydroman supplies commercial greenhouse developers and owners to more than 600 customers. Its manufacturing center for grow lights is located in Manitoba, Canada. It primarily serves the North American market. The Company uses two warehouses across the United States.
