As of December 31, 2017 the Company approximately had 13.6 million subscribers. The Company’s scale and purpose-built technology, offers customers a range of international, regional and local content, including exclusive programming, tailored to each of the countries and certain sub-markets. The Company provides its services on postpaid and prepaid basis across three segments: Brazil, which distributes its offerings in under the SKY brand; South Region, which distributes its offerings in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay under the brand DIRECTV; and in the North Region, the Company distributes its offerings in Barbados, Colombia, Curacao, Ecuador, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela, also under the same DIRECTV brand.
