Sonida Senior Living, Inc. is an owner, operator and investor in independent living, assisted living and memory care communities and services for senior adults. It provides resident-centric services and care and engaging programming, operating 83 senior housing communities in 20 states with an aggregate capacity of over 9,100 residents: 70 owned senior housing communities (four through a joint venture in a consolidated entity and four through a joint venture investment in an unconsolidated entity) and 13 communities that its third-party manages. It provides residential housing and services to people aged 75 years and older, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. It offers independent living services to seniors, including daily meals, transportation, social and recreational activities, laundry, housekeeping and 24-hour staffing. It offers a range of assisted living care and services, including personal care services and other supplemental services.
