The Company’s segments include General Insurance and Other Operations. General Insurance business includes two operating segments: North America, which consists of insurance businesses in the United States, Canada and Bermuda and International segment consists of regional insurance businesses in Japan, the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA region), Asia Pacific, Latin America and Caribbean, and China. North America and International operating segments consist of the various products, including commercial lines, which consists of property, liability, financial lines and specialty and Personal Insurance, which consists of accident and health and personal lines.
