Through its Mortgage segment, the Company provides residential loan origination and underwriting services. Through its Technology segment, the Company provides SaaS solutions and data mining for third party customers and continues to develop its intelliAgent platform for use by the Company’s real estate agents. The Company's brands include Fathom Realty, Encompass Lending, intelliAgent, LiveBy, Real Results, My Home Group and Verus Title. It operates in approximately 40 states plus the District of Columbia.
