USD Partners LP is a master limited partnership that is engaged in acquiring, developing and operating midstream infrastructure and logistics solutions for crude oil, biofuels and other energy-related products. The Company's segments are Terminalling services and Fleet services. The Terminalling services segment includes a network of strategically located terminals that provide customers with railcar loading and/or unloading capacity, as well as related logistics services, for crude oil and biofuels. These services are primarily provided under multi-year, take-or-pay agreements that include minimum monthly commitment fees. Fleet Services segment provides its customers with leased railcars and fleet services related to the transportation of liquid hydrocarbons by rail on take-or-pay terms under a master fleet services agreement. Its operations include railcar loading and unloading, storage and blending in onsite tanks, inbound and outbound pipeline connectivity, and truck transloading.
