Entree Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mining company with a carried joint venture interest on a significant portion of the copper-gold project - the Oyu Tolgoi project in Mongolia. The Oyu Tolgoi project includes two separate land holdings: Oyu Tolgoi mining license, which is held by its joint venture partner Oyu Tolgoi LLC (OTLLC) and Entree/Oyu Tolgoi JV Property, which is a partnership between the Company and OTLLC. It has a 20% or 30% carried participating interest in the Entree/Oyu Tolgoi JV, depending on the depth of mineralization. The Entree/Oyu Tolgoi JV Property comprises Shivee Tolgoi and Javkhlant mining licenses, which surround Oyu Tolgoi mining license. The Entree/Oyu Tolgoi JV Property includes the Hugo North Extension copper-gold deposit and the majority of the Heruga copper-gold-molybdenum deposit. Its royalties include Blue Rose, South Australia, and Canariaco, Peru. It has a 56.53% interest in the Blue Rose JV to explore for minerals other than iron ore on EL 6006.
