Peakstone Realty Trust is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on owning and operating industrial properties. The Company owns and operates a portfolio of predominantly single-tenant industrial and office properties. The Company operates through two segments: Industrial and Office. The Industrial segment consists of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties which have a low building-to-land ratio, or low coverage, maximizing yard space for the display, movement, and storage of materials and equipment and traditional industrial assets, which include distribution, warehouse and light manufacturing properties. The Office segment includes office, R&D and data center properties. The Company’s portfolio consists of approximately 84 properties.
