The reporter learned from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on April 17 that in 2025, the Rural Social Work Promotion Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will guide all regions to hold no less than 300 training courses for local cultural talents, cultivate no less than 15,000 local culture leaders, and speed up the construction of talent teams for rural culture revitalization. Recently, the first national training course for local cultural talents, guided by the Rural Social Work Promotion Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, was held in Taijiang County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Based on the cultural resource endowments of rural Guizhou, this training closely focuses on “village brand” special brand activities such as “village BA”, “village super” and “village song”. Through various forms such as theoretical lectures, on-site teaching, and group discussions, the training systematically enhances students' ability to plan, promote and integrate resources to help build a characteristic rural cultural brand.
