One electric vehicle maker has bought the factory of another. Lucid Group won a bankruptcy auction for Nikola Corp.’s manufacturing facility in Coolidge.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports that Lucid agreed to pay $30 million for Nikola’s Coolidge facility, along with the company’s headquarters lease in Phoenix and other assets. The acquisition is expected to add more than 884,000 square feet to its Arizona real estate footprint. Lucid already has a plant in Casa Grande.

Nikola, founded in 2015, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February. At the time of the bankruptcy filing, it employed more than 850 people.

Lucid added that it plans to offer jobs to more than 300 former Nikola employees.
