Different groups founded the BeBeBus brand in 2019 to strategically enter the high-end childcare product market and become a representative of high-end parent-child care life. BeBeBus is positioned as high-end, adhering to the brand value proposition of “creating a difference for children”, sincere and original, adhering to high quality, high value, exquisite craftsmanship and innovative technology to bring exquisite and enjoyable experiences to family life around the world. Just five years after its birth, beBeBus has grown into a leading brand in the high-end childcare products market in China. It was selected as a 36Kr high-growth new consumer brand in 2022, selected as the 2023 Forbes Top 100 Emerging Brands in China, and selected for the 4th KPMG China 50 Consumer List in 2024.

From the original four core products of strollers, child safety seats, cribs, and dining chairs, beBeBus gradually expanded to four key scenarios of parent-child travel, parent-child sleep, parent-child feeding, and hygiene care. Many products from different groups are leading in sales in their respective categories, which reflects their popularity among consumers. According to Frost & Sullivan, according to GMV in 2023, beBeBus is the best-selling durable high-end childcare product brand in China, highlighting the company's stable position and strong performance in the industry.

Today, different groups are expanding their business globally, expanding the beBeBus brand to major international markets such as Europe, Southeast Asia and North America; at the same time, the company is working to broaden its product portfolio by exploring new family lifestyle scenarios that resonate with modern families.

China's childcare products market is undergoing continuous growth and transformation, and there is plenty of room for development. According to Frost & Sullivan, the estimated average expenditure on durable childcare products per newborn in China from birth to age 5 in 2023 is 31.3% of the level of expenditure observed in the US. According to the same source, in 2023, the average annual expenditure per child aged 0 to 5 on consumer childcare products in China was 36.9% of the US expenditure level. This gap, combined with a growing preference for high-end childcare products and more refined childcare methods, is bringing new opportunities to China's high-end childcare products market. According to Frost & Sullivan, the market for high-end childcare products in China grew from RMB 25.4 billion in 2019 to RMB 31 billion in 2023, and is expected to reach RMB 45.8 billion in 2028.

On the financial side, for the nine months ended September 30 in 2022, 2023, and 2024, the revenue of the different groups was approximately RMB 507 million, RMB 852 million, and RMB 884 million, respectively; for the same period, profit during the year was RMB 21.229 million, RMB 27.224 million, and RMB 464.21 million, respectively.
