The board of directors resolved to nominate Ms. Fang Cong as the company's executive director for a term not exceeding 3 years, from the date of approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company until the end of the term of the second board of directors. The proposed appointment of Ms. Fang as the company's executive director is subject to review and approval by the company's shareholders at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The board of directors resolved to nominate Mr. Zhong Weiwen as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the nomination committee. The term of office shall not exceed 3 years, from the date of approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the term of the second board of directors. The proposed appointment of Mr. Chung as an independent non-executive director of the company is subject to review and approval by the company's shareholders at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
