KSU awarded $6M grant by USAID

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has awarded a $6 million grant to Kansas State University for global food security efforts.

The University says it’s Feed the Future Sustainable Intensification Innovation Lab will receive the funds to help strengthen existing agricultural research, education and outreach entities in Guatemala.

“SIIL has an extensive background, experience and success in international agricultural research and development in multiple countries around the world, which positions us to deliver positive change in Guatemala,” said P.V.
