Webull currently offers two methods to deposit your funds: ACH and Wire transfer. If you want to receive your deposit faster, the wire transfer is a better choice; if you want to avoid a transfer fee, the free deposit transfer, ACH, is more appropriate.
We are now introducing a third method: PayPal! With PayPal, it only takes 30 minutes to transfer your funds. How does it work? Let's dive in!
PayPal is a fast, reliable, and secure platform in which you can store and transfer money, as well as complete purchases. It is globally recognized as the most popular e-wallet, and the strong AML restrictions provide security for investors. Additionally, the low risk for reversal can protect you from the reversal fee.
Every method has its advantages. Please see the pictures below to learn more!

A: Yes, the default limit is $50,000 for both deposits and withdrawals.
Q: Can I have more than one PayPal account linked to a single brokerage account?
A: No, the limit is one PayPal account per brokerage account.
Q: Do PayPal deposits get held from being withdrawn like ACHs?
A: Yes, our clearing firm will currently hold PayPal deposits for 5 days before allowing the funds to be withdrawn. While there will be fewer returns with PayPal deposits compared to ACH deposits, there can still be some returns, so we have a 5-day hold to minimize risk to our clients.
