A wire transfer is an electronic transfer of money between accounts, including accounts at different financial institutions.

Wire transfers are fast and highly secure. You can initiate the transfer by asking your bank to wire funds to Webull and provide them with the information needed.

Wire Transfer Step-by-Step Instructions

1.You can initiate a wire transfer at your bank's counter or on your bank's online platform only. Before you initiate a wire transfer, you can find the recipient information within the Webull App or website:

2.If you have not linked any ACH bank accounts, you can find the recipient information by tapping "Transfer" >" Choose ". If you have already linked an ACH bank account, tap "Deposit" > "Or Deposit by Wire" on the bottom of the page.

3.Tap “Remittance Information” and check all the recipient information. Tap on the text to copy the information.

‌5.You cannot initiate a wire transfer within Webull App. After you have confirmed the recipient information, please go to your bank or your bank's online platform to complete the wire transfer request.

6.Choose eligible bank account. The beneficiary owner of the bank account must be identical to the Webull account owner;

7.Go to the selected bank or bank's online platform.

8.Only U.S. dollars are accepted. Therefore, please make sure your bank account has enough U.S. dollars. If you are using a non-U.S. bank account, you will have to exchange to U.S. dollar.

9.Choose "Wire" on your bank's counter or online platform. If you are using a non-U.S. bank account, please choose "International Wire".

10.Fill in the recipient information and complete the wire transfer application form.

11.You must provide your full name and Webull account number in the description/comment of your wire transfer, or the transfer will be returned.

12.Submit the wire transfer request and wait for the fund's settlement.

How Long Does My Wire Transfer Take?

Domestic wire transfers can be completed within 24 hours, but international wire transfers may take up to five business days. The exact time varies by the bank you choose.

Link Bank Account for Wire Transfer

There is no actual linkage of a bank account for wire transfers. You are only able to save your bank account details within the app for the convenience of future withdrawal via wire transfer. You can never initiate a wire transfer deposit within the App, instead you need to go to the bank or bank's online platform to initiate the wire transfer deposit.

Deposit via Wire Transfer Fees

*Additional wire transfer fees charged by any originating, intermediary, or recipient bank may apply. Please contact your bank for details.

*Please make sure that the beneficiary owner of the bank account is the Webull account owner. You must provide your full name and Webull account number in the description/comment of your wire transfer, or the transfer will be returned. If your wire transfer was returned due to non-identical, or wrong beneficiary owner or wrong information, the wire transfer fees charged by any originating, intermediary, or recipient bank may still apply.

NOTE:

1. You must provide your full name and Webull account number in the description/comment section in the transfer request form, or funds will be returned.

2. Domestic wire transfers can be completed in 2 business days while international wire transfers may take up to 5 business days. Funds will be credited to your account on the next business day after we receive your deposit.

3.We do not accept any third party wires and all transactions must be under the same name.
