Order Instructions and Settings


How do I place a trade?


App:
Existing position

  1. Tap the Webull logo to select your account.
  2. Below My Positions, tap the security you'd like to trade.
  3. Select your desired order type, then complete the required fields.
  4. Confirm

New position

  1. Markets, Watchlists, or Feeds
  2. Tap the magnifying glass icon (top right) to search for a security.
  3. Tap a security, then Trade.
  4. Select your desired order type, then complete the required fields.
  5. Confirm

Web:
Existing position

  1. Click the WebTrade tab (top left).
  2. Hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
  3. My Positions
  4. Right click on the security you'd like to trade, then Create New Order.
  5. Select your desired order type, then complete the required fields.
  6. Confirm

New position

  1. Click the WebTrade tab (top left).
  2. Use the search bar (top right) to search for a security.
  3. Right click on the chart ➝ New Order
  4. Select your desired order type, then complete the required fields.
  5. Confirm

Desktop:
Existing position

  1. Hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
  2. My Positions
  3. Right click on the security you'd like to trade, then Create New Order.
  4. Select your desired order type, then complete the required fields.
  5. Place Order

New position

  1. Use the search bar (top right) to search for a security.
  2. Right click on the chart ➝ Create New Order
  3. Select your desired order type, then complete the required fields.
  4. Place Order

How do I cancel or modify my order?


App:

  1. Tap the Webull logo to select your account.
  2. Orders ➝ Open Orders
  3. Tap the open order you'd like to cancel or modify.
  4. Cancel Order or Modify Order

To cancel all open orders simultaneously, tap the trash icon then confirm. This feature is only available for stock orders.

Web:

  1. Click the WebTrade tab (top left).
  2. Hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
  3. Today's Orders ➝ Working Orders
  4. Right click on the open order you want to cancel or modify.
  5. Cancel Order or Modify Order

Desktop:

  1. Hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
  2. Orders ➝ Working
  3. Right click on the open order you want to cancel or modify.
  4. Cancel Order or Modify Order

Where do I see or download my order history?


App:

  1. Tap the Webull logo to select your account.
  2. History ➝ Orders Records
  3. Tap the download icon (top right).

Web:

  1. Click the WebTrade tab (top left).
  2. Hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
  3. Order History ➝ Export

Desktop:

  1. Hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
  2. Click on Orders, then click on the icon to the right (3 horizontal lines).
  3. Export Orders

How do I turn off order confirmations?


App:

  1. Markets, Watchlists, or Feeds
  2. Tap the magnifying glass icon (top right) to search for a security.
  3. Tap a security, then Trade.
  4. Click the Trading Settings icon (top right), then turn off Show Order Confirmation.

Web:

  1. Click the WebTrade tab (top left).
  2. Hover over the icons on the left and click Settings.
  3. Click Trade, then turn off Show Order Confirmation

Desktop:

  1. Hover over the icons on the left and click Settings.
  2. Click Trade, then turn off Show Order Confirmation.
