My deposit has cleared. Why am I unable to withdraw it?

Processing times may vary depending on whether your account is under an Apex Clearing arrangement or a Webull Omnibus arrangement. To check if your account is under Apex Clearing or Webull Omnibus, please click here or visit the in-app Help Center after logging in and tap on Menu ➝ Account Conversion Status.

Apex Clearing

You will be able to withdraw these funds on the sixth business day after your deposit.

Webull Omnibus

You will be able to withdraw these funds on the fifth business day after your deposit.

What is the withdrawal limit?

The daily limit for ACH withdrawals is $50,000.

How long does a withdrawal take?

ACH withdrawals typically take 2-3 business days to process and appear in your bank account.

How do I track my transfer?

To monitor the status and estimated settlement date of your withdrawal, go to Transfers ➝ Recent Activity on the Webull mobile app. This section provides real-time updates on your transaction’s progress.

Why was my ACH withdrawal rejected?

There are a few reasons why your ACH withdrawal request may have failed:

  1. Insufficient funds: Please double check the funds available for withdrawal. You can confirm funds available for withdraw by navigating to Account ➝ Transfers ➝ Withdraw on the Webull mobile app.
  2. Daily limit: The ACH withdrawal daily limit is $50,000. The daily cutoff time is 4:00 pm EST. If the pending withdrawal amount reaches the limit, please attempt the withdrawal after the current withdrawal is processed, which usually takes 1-2 business days.
  3. Different Bank Accounts: If you are withdrawing funds to a bank account different from the one used for recent deposits (within the last 60 days), additional verification may be required per company policy. If the original bank account is closed or inaccessible, please contact us at +1 (888) 828-0618 or support@webull.com.
  4. Invalid ABA Code or SWIFT Code: Ensure that your bank is linked with the correct ABA code (routing number) or SWIFT code. Please update your account information accordingly.
  5. Expired ACH Link: If you recently changed key information with your bank (such as account password or registered email), your current ACH link may have expired. Relink your bank account to resolve this issue. If you cannot determine why your ACH withdrawal was rejected, take a screenshot of the rejection and send it through the Help Center for assistance.
  6. Recent ACAT Activity: Withdrawal restrictions apply to assets transferred via ACATS. Assets transferred to Webull via ACATS are subject to a withdrawal hold period of up to 30 days, starting the day after the transfer has settled.
  7. Third-Party Accounts: Withdrawals must be made to your own individual or joint bank account in your name. Webull will NOT accept third-party bank accounts or third-party payment platforms. For example, accounts such as those held by title companies or established under a trust.
