Important to note:

  • Verify with your bank to ensure it supports ACH transfers.
  • Regularly monitor your online banking for micro-deposits, as banks may not always notify you of these.
  • If you don’t see micro-deposits, retry the verification after two business days or use real-time verification.
  • If both verification methods fail, link an alternative bank account.
  • The clearing firm will issue and retract two micro-deposits within 48 hours, regardless of the verification outcome. The exact timing and amounts are known only to you and your bank.
  • If you start the verification process over the weekend, expect the deposits to arrive within the next two business days.

You have three attempts to enter the micro-deposit amounts correctly. If the first attempt fails, reverse the order of the amounts. If multiple verification requests were made, wait for the latest deposits to appear before retrying.

If only one deposit is visible, your bank might have merged them. Contact your bank for details. If no deposits appear after two days, check with your bank about ACH transfers or try real-time verification. If both methods fail, use a different bank account.
