Close Your Account


How do I close an account?
Before closing your account, please ensure that you have no holdings in stocks or options and that all cash has been withdrawn. After submitting a closure request, it is usually processed within 1-3 business days. To submit your request, please follow the steps below:


Mobile app:

  1. Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account Management ➝ Close Account
  2. Ensure all requirements have been met.
  3. Understood

Web:

  1. Click your profile icon (top right).
  2. My Account ➝ Verify ➝ Manage My Account ➝ Delete Account
  3. Ensure all requirements have been met.
  4. Delete account now

Why am I still receiving emails after closing my account?

After closing your account, you may receive an email with your final monthly statement. Your login credentials will remain active even after you've closed your account. To opt out of any further communications from Webull, you'll need to delete your registered login.


Mobile app:

  1. Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account & Security ➝ Delete Account ➝ Continue to delete account
  2. Tap to check the box to authorize the deletion of your account data.
  3. Ok
  4. Enter your login password.
  5. Done
