How do I enroll in Webull Premium?

How much is the Premium fee?

The current price is $3.99 per month or $40 per year when paid annually.

How do I pay for the Premium subscription?

When you subscribe, you will be asked to choose a Webull Account to process your payment. This account will need to have a sufficient balance for the subscription payment to subscribe.

Why did my Premium payment fail and how can I resolve it?

If there is a payment failure, it is most likely caused by insufficient balance in the Webull Account that is paying for the Webull Subscription. You can check which Webull account is being used to pay for your Webull Subscription. To view the account designated for Webull Premium payments, go to the Premium Management page in the mobile app by navigating to Menu ➝ Webull Premium. To correct the payment failure, you can make a deposit into this account or change the account that Premium payments are taken from.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan. To switch plans, please see the instruction below on the mobile app:

App:

1. Navigate to Menu and select Webull Premium.
2. Tap Subscription Management.
3. Select Subscription Plan.

How can I renew my Webull Premium subscription?

You can easily renew your Premium subscription by following the steps below:

App:

1. Go to Menu and select Webull Premium.
2. Tap Subscription Management.
3. Select Renew.

Web:

1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
2. In the Subscription Management section, click Renew.
3. Confirm your renewal in the pop-up window.

Desktop:

1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
2. In the Subscription Management section, click Renew.
3. Confirm your renewal in the pop-up window.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your Premium subscription using the instructions below:

App:

1. Navigate to Menu and select Webull Premium.
2. Tap Subscription Management.

Web:

1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
2. Click the Cancel button in the bottom left of the Subscription Management section.

Desktop:

1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
2. Click the Cancel button in the bottom left of the Subscription Management section.

Upon cancellation, you can still enjoy the membership benefits until the subscription expires. Once the cancellation is effective, standard interest rates will apply, and discounted contract fees will no longer be available.
