Cancelling Your Transfer


Outgoing transfers are submitted to the financial institution you selected. To cancel the transfer, you must contact your new receiving financial institution. These requests are typically handled on a best-efforts basis. If your financial institution is unable to cancel the transfer, please contact us through our Help Center for further assistance with the cancellation. You may also call us at (888) 828-0618. We are available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4:15 PM EST.


Please be aware that Webull’s attempt to cancel your outgoing transfer is also handled on a best-efforts basis. This means there is no assurance that the transfer can be canceled once it is in the processing stage. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but a successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
