Transfer Cancellations


Transfer cancellations are handled on a best-efforts basis, and submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the ACAT will be stopped. If you wish to request a cancellation, you can do so through the Webull mobile app. Follow these steps for guidance:


App:

  1. Go to your Webull account page, tap Transfers ➝ Transfer Assets ➝ Transfer In
  2. Select the icon in the top right corner to view transfer records.
  3. Navigate to the transfer request you desire to cancel.
  4. Select Cancel located at the bottom of the transfer request.

After 30 minutes, the cancel button will no longer be available. If the status shows “Transferring,” your request is already in process. If you are unable to cancel your transfer request within the app after the 30-minute window, you must send a handwritten letter requesting the cancellation of your outgoing transfer. This can be sent via email to support@webull.us or through our in-app Help Center. The letter should include your signature, account number, and a request to cancel.

I am requesting the cancellation of the ACAT outgoing transfer initiated on [date].


Account Number: [Your Account Number]

Signature: [Your Signature]


As with the electronic request, this is processed on a best-effort basis. There is no guarantee this transfer can be cancelled.
