E-Delivery Preferences


If you no longer wish to receive paper statements and confirmations, you can switch to paperless (e-delivery) at no additional cost. To make the switch, follow the steps listed below:


  1. Update your email address:
  • Follow the steps here to update your email address.

2. Request the switch to E-delivery:

  • Once updated, contact us through the Help Center or email us at support@webull.com to change your delivery preferences. Please note that this change will take effect starting with the next statement cycle.

What fees will be charged?

If you do not enroll in e-delivery and Webull or Apex cannot reach you electronically, paper statements will be sent to your mailing address. There is a $2.00 fee for trade confirmations and a $5.00 fee for statements.


What email address will notifications be sent from?

Ensure your inbox is clear and add the following emails to your whitelist to avoid missing important communications depending on whether your account is under Omnibus or Apex. To check if your account is under an Apex Clearing arrangement or Webull Omnibus arrangement, please click here or visit the in-app Help Center after logging in and tap on Menu ➝ Account Conversion Status.
