Are there any fees?

No, we offer this servce free of charge.

Can I transfer my brokerage account to my IRA?

No, you are unable to transfer stocks and options internally from your brokerage account to an IRA. This is because the account types are different: one is a brokerage account, while the other is an Individual Retirement Account (IRA). You can make an internal cash transfer from your brokerage account to an IRA, which would be considered a contribution. Please follow these steps for more information on internal cash transfers.

When will my cost basis be updated?

Your cost basis will be updated within 1-3 business days following the internal transfer. If you think your cost basis is incorrect, please reach out to us via the in-app Help Center for further review.
