Updating Login Email and Phone

How do I change my login email or phone?

Follow the steps below to update the email address or phone number you use to log in. Please note that this is separate from your contact email and phone.

App:

1. Tap Menu.
2. Under Shortcuts, select Settings.
3. Tap Account & Security.
4. Select either Email or Mobile Number to change.

How do I log in if I lost access to my phone number or email address?

App, Desktop, and Web:

1. Enter your login phone number or email address.
2. Enter your login password.
3. Select Phone number not working? ➝ Continue.
4. Answer your security question and log in.

I'm logged in, why can't I see my account?

You may have inadvertently created a registered login separate from the one associated with your account. Follow the steps below to log out and then log back in with your account credentials:

App:

1. Navigate to Menu ➝ Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Log out.
3. Log back in using correct credentials.

Web:

1. Click your profile icon (top right).
2. Log out
3. Click Log in using correct credentials.

Desktop:

1. Click the arrow next to Open Account (top right).
2. Log out ➝ Ok.
3. Click Log in (top right)

Where can I find my username?

App, Desktop, and Web:

1. Log in ➝ Forgot Username
2. Complete the required fields.
3. Send code
4. Enter the verification code sent to your email address or phone number.
5. Submit
