What should I do if I haven’t received the two micro-deposits?

Please note that our clearing firm typically processes and removes micro-deposits within 48 hours. Only your bank and you will know the exact timing and amount of the deposits. If you started the verification process over the weekend, please allow up to two additional business days for the deposits to appear.

If you haven’t received the two micro-deposits after two business days, try the following steps:

• Review Bank Statements: Use your bank’s online platform to check for any incoming micro-deposits, as they might not be immediately visible.

• Check with Your Bank: Confirm with your bank that it can receive ACH transfers. Sometimes banks don’t notify you of incoming micro-deposits.

• Retry Verification: If you don’t see the micro-deposits, wait two business days and then retry the micro-deposit verification process. Alternatively, you can attempt real-time verification.

• Use a Different Bank Account: If both the Real-Time Verification and Micro-Deposit Verification methods fail, consider linking a different bank account.
